This has always been informing my gut feeling and trust towards software and products beneath studying the object. Arrogance, lack of self reflection, verbal attacks, saviour complex are behavioural patterns that in many cases lead to ignorance and hybris. Developers should be rational, calm, open to criticism and neutral in my book.
