Absolutely, but unfortunately it's a long journey, painfully long.

Just a small personal story: thanks to remote work I've left the city for the mountains building a new home. Even done friends and family member call me fool because "you know remote work is not real work, it can't be", "with all the homes already there it's a waste of money building something new" etc. After 11 years, some have visited me in nearly all seasons, having felt the comfort, seen my bills compared to theirs, and well...
