I used to work in a manufacturing plant and the assembly manager was known as a bit of a prick. One day there was an all hands meeting on the plant floor and I was standing next to the maintenance crew when the assembly manager walked up.
One of the maintenance guys said, "Hey look, it's a dick with ears." And everybody laughed.
I still think about that sometimes.
