Two weeks ago, I put up a new presentation for BOBSpace_BKK (nprofile…xl9q) : “Self-custody, what could go wrong?” It was fun to run interactively, and we found a grand total of 17 failure modes. Luckily, most of them are already well understood and/or mitigated. A few still need more progress, but for now I’m convinced Penlock helps address the most pressing ones.
Last week, I led the Penlock workshop along with Jin (nprofile…awwe) at gandlaf21 (nprofile…lcxx) ’s Base21 in Busan, including some new content on entropy. It was really great to finally visit the space and meet the community there. Thank you guys again for your warm welcome, and for the fun evening!
