Welp.
The ac condenser fan motor seized up around 2am, forcing a high pressure lockout. The inside temp went from 69-71 which woke my wife up to put me into action.
Hoping Grainger has a universal replacement in stock this morning so I can get it swapped today.
Oh, also expecting 2" of rain today, with the storm blowing in, arriving within the next 30 min. At least I had the foresight to set up a pop up canopy over the unit already so I should be able to work relatively dry.
