Good morning nostr, and happy saturday. I just put some nice beef roast cuts in the crockpot, so they can start cooking while we get our morning chores done. This is some of the beef we have left from our bulk beef order we got early this year. There's lots of different ways we can eat slow cooked beef like this. On sandwiches, with scrambled eggs, with tacos, or on top of a salad. I love the convenience. Later this morning we might go visit the farmers market and the resale shop, one of our favorite saturday outings. We live a simple life. Anyway, yall have a great saturday, enjoy your coffee, and remember that today is a gift. #coffeechain
