I have the whole spectrum. For natural, I use the crystal deodorant stick by itself or layer on any smell good natural talc or whatever one. I also have an anti perspirant that I use on work days. The big brands now have 0% aluminum deodorants too, maybe I'll try that next. Now that it's not summer tho, I'll try to just use my natural stack at work.
