update: spent the past two weeks leveling and compacting a 20x20ft pad for this to sit on. after much consideration ive landed on outsourcing the build to a local company. they’ll build me the structure and ill take over at the interior - floor, wiring, insulation, finish.

learning to hand things off has been hard, i love to diy. but i literally dont have time to build this myself these days.

the fun part will be the power. will be expanding my garden solar system to power the office and a small diesel heater. will try to share build progress.
