Nostr only having 5 new posts a day is a feature not a bug. In case you forget to bookmark or want to find something again just scroll down 3-5 posts and there it is. Not like stupid twitter that keeps flopping around and moving where you are in the feed so you lose the cool thing you’re doing. I haven’t used twitter in a year but I’m guessing it’s still the same.
