AI doesn't have access to either of those systems (that I know of).
I don't think anyone knows what will break or how yet.
Gitignore and secrets files won't let them in, assuming you used those files correctly by pre AI standards. What they will do is give them tools to spread and set up persistence once they are in. That was true of human hackers too but the speed AI will find them and figure out how to use the data in them is unreal compared to a human.
