Sometimes I'm wondering what would be the output of a worldwide 12% flat tax on every individual, every companies (companies are already getting this more or less in Switzerland, but highest revenue are often stripped by tax package negotiations, which should not happen then). No wealth tax, no capital gain tax, no local tax, no gas tax, no recycling tax, no firefighters tax, no TV tax,... everything in the 12% and you cannot hide dour revenue in another country, it's the same everywhere.
It cannot happen for sure and there would be downsides but they might be a lot of upsides as well I think.
