Fair enough, but it's a pretty small sample size. Think of how many people would prefer to use fiat options instead. Payment targets would allow things like paypal or venmo, without making it a requirement. Even if you disagree with fiat, it would win the vote. If there were a wider user-base.
Allowing users to decide which payment options they prefer to receive in expands freedom of choice.
Also I do not think voting is a productive measure for product design.
