Christians, if you haven't done so recently, tell your pastor how much you appreciate what the Lord has done through him in your life.
Pastors tend to hear a lot more from agitators and critics than they do from those who love and appreciate them. You don't know just how many fiery darts are flung his way, and how much just a few kind words will encourage him to keep fighting the good fight.
