Not over user profiles, that's as designed. Private Spaces (user profiles nested in other users) already have our own clipboard sharing rules feature. Worth checking it out.
As for the keyboard we can't use FUTO due to the licensing. We are definitely trying to have a modern keyboard app inclusive for GrapheneOS.
