I can see now the Minibits will create invoice as a) only LN or b) LN and optionally also on-chain, automatically, based on the amount in sats to receive.
If user needs the on-chain address, he will see it only if the amount is above the mint threshold.
So that is sort of protection.
Unless ofc actual transaction is below the limit, but this is deliberate user choice (the '?amount=' string must be deleted manually)
Also noticed there is cancel button for LN. So unless on-chain address is derived it can be cleared from queue.
