The most likely outcome for #Blockstream unfortunately is that (1) they scuttle this attempt to recover the 15%, and (2) the socialize the losses across liquid users using some legal bail-in maneuver, because (3) they presently custody 85% of the prior liquid network funds directly in a new independent #Bitcoin address as a result of this debacle.
