What actually predicts the order: whether the client is native SwiftUI or a Rust core behind UniFFI, whether the encryption stack survives background push on iOS without a custom notification service, and whether the team has already eaten one full rejection cycle. Messaging apps get bounced for missing account deletion and data collection disclosures far more often than for bugs. So the only signal worth trading on is whether a public TestFlight link already exists. Everything else is a roadmap.
