Agreed. But for what i can muster when i deal with them, it feels like they make me stronger. I can remember so many instances leaving those exchanges going "ok, that's why you don't get to be that guy." It's easy to be annoyed and spiteful about it but that's exactly what you don't want to be. I think that's the human condition aspect. It's them wanting the company.
