I respect what XMR is shooting for. I don't know whether i should trust it.
But you BTC only guys sound naive. Gold does not devalue silver. Or vice versa. Money in different forms have different use cases. Stop trying to say Bitcoin until it wins. There will always be fiat because governments will always want to lever. There will always be Bitcoin because people will always want liquidity and an inflation hedge. There will always be gold and silver because people will always want something tangible to trade, to buy, to stack, to hold, to avoid complexity.
Yes, Bitcoin is magic. But the race is far from over. Put down the cult vibe and be honest. If we want to win, we can't do it with hope, dreams and good intentions.
