How easy is it to plug in custom logic for access policies? Does this relay support such a thing?

In BudaBit I have kind-scoped write policies and a custom moderation engine.
It's enforced client-side but would want to mirror that server side optionally. Almost like nip72 just a bit more sophisticated.
