My take: this is a really badly made music video. In some parts she looks like she's not even pretending to be making these noises, not putting any effort into it, barely opening her mouth.
It was like that with Jinjer for me. I had to watch live footage to make sure it wasn't some hoax. Maybe the vocalist is so good that she can do it all effortlessly, but this just looked very unnatural to me.
