Two things I've noticed recently:
1. My last two jugs of milk have gone bad well before their alleged expiry dates. Like, a week before.
2. My local grocery stores are suddenly full of microfiltered milk products ("stays fresher for longer!") that are, of course, significantly more expensive than regular milk.
Methinks these two things may be related.
