I like 1 or 2 screens at most.
You didn’t ask but thought I’d share. Few decades long Linux user (forced to use Windows for work), and I’ve actually switched to MacBook Air M5 for personal home computing. I really like the Apple hardware and the desktop experience is better, so couldn’t stay away.
Nothing beats Linux/BSD/Unix for sender environment though.
