There is something almost darkly funny about an industry built around fixed claims and high contractual yields discovering that you cannot contractually command economic reality to generate enough surplus to service them. Private Credit should just be honest, copy Islamic Finance terms and be done with it. Win win win all around. Then we can really start talking about sound money.
