the guy in charge of the water department for the city is an absolute moron, I got a letter this morning warning me that in 5 days ( they mention the date, TODAY'S date) my area will have the water shut off for work) well i am sure as hell gladd they are on the ball about notifing people.
Fortunately, the contractor doing the work sent someone to each house giving them a flyer with this information a couple days earlier. So I hae sure I had plenty of water on hand, and made my pot of coffee last night.
