The Bible is part cautionary tale of the depravity of humanity and the promised salvation through Christ Jesus.

It has become very evident that we cannot save ourselves through "evolving" or transcendence or personal mastery.

Most people miss the truth due to a combination of too much ego and too little imagination.

I know, because I am the worst of the bunch and thank God everyday that I now have eyes to see.
