That's why I said trust-less between peers - in a reputation sense.
You still need to trust the coordinator.
Fixing the central failure point is by having multiple coordinators with good reputation, same as robosats AFAIK.
There is for now still no bond on the taker side, so it's still possible for a malicious taker to try to attack it and DoS the coordinator in a way.
For such fast and time-critical transactions, forcing the taker to lock a bond so that it also has skin in the game is a challenge in terms of UX and good wallet integrations.
But I recognize that it will eventually be crucial to have such bond in order to better protect them, so it's for sure in my mind to solve it.
Bear in mind also that the average amount for such daily shopping transactions or even ATM cash withdrawals is not that high, so the incentive to try to cheat the flow is not that much. At most you waste everybody's time.
