Anyway, I agree with what the lady says. I have dealt with people than when trying to present ideas, and new ways of thinking, they feel attacked. No amount of me trying to explain, get us nowhere. I am learning to keep quiet. I have been there....done that and know that only when we are prepared we can listen without getting triggered.l or feel attacked. 🫂🌹
