One can do everything necessary with a coin. Each numbered bip39 word is 11 coin flips. Dice is a little tricky to use “the right” way because 6 is a non-integer power of 2 (without a coldcard I should say).
Creating entropy is a mechanical grind and if you’re targeting 24 words any bias your setup brings to the creation will still almost certainly be at least as good as a truly random 12 word seed phrase.
