Some dude in WI helped his neighbor look for his missing cat, the dude who was helping tortured, and killed the cat and filmed it, BEFORE he helped the neighbor look for it. The cat is doing OK today but also the cost of this whole deal was about 3k something like $2860.00 and now is fucked for life he's just about 1 year old.
