Ooofff… this two day work week was a big ‘un and no respite with a weekend filled with rehearsals and learning some choreo (😰) in the lead up to a performance on Sunday arvo.
Over the last month I’ve been part of a musical theatre-ish camp for grown ups. Around 30 of us have been learning vocal parts for a 17 minute piece with classic movie themes cleverly woven together from western, sci-fi, horror and romance flicks by the facilitators. It should be a bunch of silly fun 🤞
When I signed up a few months ago I was feeling very brave and now I’m feeling increasingly nervous because we only get a day to put the moving parts to the singing parts and try to get my body to remember it all at the right time 😰
