He was in the hospital for 7 days. They couldn't figure out what was wrong with his leg. It turned out to be an infection that had been spreading for months. He is back to school now. There was a chance they had to amputate his leg or have a stroke from blood clots. It was very concerning. God sent the right medical professionals his way.
In the meantime the kicker and second string quarterback broke a rib. He is out for the season now. Fortunately the other teams have forfeit half our games from injuries or players quitting so we have a chance of winning the division just by showing up.
