What Ethiopia is doing with Bitcoin miners right now is the perfect example of how Bitcoin can help nations deal with their electric supply shortcomings.
In Ethiopia it's a drought that's causing power issues.
In Texas a couple years ago it was extreme cold that caused power issues.
I'm both instances, both would've been worse off to deal with the crisis if Bitcoin miners didn't build out infrastructure.
