This is such an ignorant question and stupid it's almost laughable.
No country is perfect, but acting like the US Constitution hasn't protected anyone is ridiculous. I'm also not saying there is zero corruption - there's plenty. But if you are lazy and expect a piece of paper to protect you, that's your own fault. That piece of paper requires us to protect ourselves by using what's written within it and holding others to the standards it has imposed.
