The house held for 19 years i sold last year, with a compounded return of a mighty 1.6% without consider interest costs or work, while keeping under stamp duties, was further cut with a nice cap gains bill to go with it………. The economy is so shot you’ll never buy a house, but at least buying a house isn’t the financial prudent option anymore!!!!
