Not an equivalent analogy at all. It is like it is immoral to invite your friends to a venue where you know the government has setup microphones and cameras from every angle. It obviously is.

I’m not looking down on anyone. I’m saying that it is immoral. I try not to look down on the worst criminals imaginable, it is an effort, but I try to keep a contrite heart and treat other people with decency. But that doesn’t change the fact that it is immoral.
