Every now and then, I like to switch off.
Because you don’t have to be interesting every single day.

You might think that, to be loved, you always have to have the right energy, make people laugh, say the right thing, and sort everything out.
Every now and then, you’re allowed to be tired too.
You might not know what to say, want to be on your own, sleep a bit longer, or have a bit of time to yourself.
Feeling tired isn’t your fault.
And looking after yourself doesn’t mean stopping giving to others or helping them.
It just means that, amongst all the people you look after, you’re included too.

And that’s fine.
