You can have central control over all production apparatuses and centrally distribute resources to make sure to do that but that is most of the time pretty violent.

What I actually like is a socialism-leaning view but I’m not sure that it can be just called socialism. Not having centralized power over our resources and production apparatuses and having people owned commons where decisions are made by the people themselves. That is not violent at all. A great example of this, in my opinion, is Bitcoin.
