Mempool is a great website, but their “accelerator” is a borderline scam. I assume that’s what you’re looking at.
Do you see any options in Phoenix? You want to look for “CPFP” child pays for parent). If you can see the unconfirmed transaction in your Zeus, you could also send it to yourself with a 50 sat/vb fee and both should go through
I haven’t used Phoenix so I cannot be more helpful, but I’ll tag ZEUS (npub1xnf…lpr5) because they have a great team which knows their stuff.
