Seems weird to nationalize a time change to keep children from standing on street corners in the dark.
Couldn't we mandate school hours and place them comfortably in sunlight all year? Studies abound on the negative outcomes of early classes.
Animals get upset their feeding time moves, otherwise I don't really care which digit is on the clock face. Think I prefer not having to change the old timey clocks.
