I should have say.... Attune to others nervous system instead...
Meaning... The reason I wrote this is because my nervous system was viscerally rejecting, feeling agitated -- the pattern that it picked up on some time ago --- and responding to rn after reading and hearing "quietly" in 4 different real human's announcements in the last 24 hrs.
