I'm being honest here, this COULD be a coding error, my student put it together and we are scheduled to walk through it Thursday together. But I dont think it will be. my general "sense" in the last 26 years is that everyone is on average poorer in terms of real *material* purchasing power, because GDP has gone more and more towards rent payments.
