I believe reltbracco (npub1e2r…lx8t) made up arecibos herself. It’s an artichoke bottom topped with a roasted garlic clove, cream cheese, and then parmesan cheese that’s baked. I’m sure Eryn can provide more details.
The inspiration for the name is the artichoke bottoms resemblance to the Arecibo Observatory in Puerto Rico.
