The Coldcard hack is a hit on trust in bitcoin, especially impacting onboarding of new people with more than a few dollars in the bank.
It aligns very much with the interests of the Epstein class. If they didn't engineer this one, they will want to do the next. Ledger would be a great target as it is big and similarly has closed source firmware.
