It depends on the client. Most of my follows and relays are centered around happy content like gardens, nature, or whatnot. I find some have integrated news bots which can be HUGE downers.
And of course poor Primal, seems like it's becoming an abandoned ship. Their influencers went back to Twitter. Users who are only on that client probably feel like it's dead for sure. I know I stopped using it for the most part.
