A couple weeks ago Grok began to not answer any questions solicited via X from English speaking accounts. A week after copious complaints from Monero bros on the site, this seemed to get fixed.
LOL. Monero is now banned from being mentioned/explained by Grok on X. Yet another “Elon is a completely manipulative subversive” moment. Free speech website, folks.

Now common bits of XMR infrastructure are being flagged as malicious links. It is intensely obvious that some employee at Twitter is aiming to suppress discussion and usage of Monero. Attached is an example screenshot of xmrpay, which is a checkout widget for Monero.

This is the problem with centralized social media services and why I consider it a form of dry snitching to willingly use them. You are giving up massive numbers of levers that the intelligence services and private third parties have to pull to influence the social graph. Whatever they want to suppress is going to be subject to daily and continual small sabotages even if it isn’t outright banned and blocked. If you use Twitter you are essentially a de facto federal snitch, even if you never filed a report with your country’s security services. You are giving the vested powers far more powers through putting your social graph on the Twitter and Facebook than if you go and start informing on people directly.
