As ironic as it is, COLDCARD (nprofile…0dst) has a seed-generating tool that you can input the results of your dice roll.
SeedSigner (nprofile…w6hy) is a DIY option, although it's not really newcomer-friendly.
We'll certainly see more products come to market that allow for user-generated keys using dice, playing cards, coin flips, etc.
