One of the most easily-implementable "workouts" you can do to improve the power of your pineal gland (third eye), is to simply practice VISUALIZING things in your mind.

You can do this anywhere, anytime...but it's best when in a quiet environment, where you can fully focus. (Ex: while meditating somewhere peaceful in nature, or laying in bed before going to sleep)

Imagine yourself walking through an old house you used to live in as a kid, visualizing every minute detail you can, from the way the front doorknob feels, to the texture of the carpet on your feet, to all of the different colors and materials of the furniture, all right where you left it years/decades ago...do your best to sense ALL of it.

Another good exercise is to cycle through visualizing different HUMAN FACES of people you know, trying to really SEE them, and imagine them changing their facial expressions.

When trying the above, you may find it's a little bit trickier than you expected. That's OK - you are shaking off a LOT of calcification that's built upon your aetheric antenna (which has been under attack for a REASON, as many are now waking up to πŸ‘οΈ)

For even easier, super-beginner level practice, just focus on visualizing basic shapes.

I remember when I first started, I began by just imagining a straight line popping out from the dark abyss while my eyes were closed, and having it switch between horizontal, to vertical, to diagonal orientation.

Don't beat yourself up if even this is too difficult. Just keep working at it, every night, CONSISTENTLY, and soon you will find that you're able to visualize increasingly complex images/environments from your very own mind.

And that's just the very beginning...things start getting MUCH more interesting after that, for those ready to take the plunge into the deeper levels of the Higher Consciousness rabbit hole πŸ‘€πŸ‘‡
