Arvo, Toots! Went to the physio today. Haven't seen her since May 2023, oops! (Had a lot happening, in my defence!)
She stuck needles in me (dry needling, it sounds awful but helps...); made me bend various ways, did some massage stuff, and gently yelled at me to stop doing some stuff I was doing!
She's very good at her job.
Then I sat and tried to do research for the gallery (looking for possible grant funding for building modifications for disability access - but I think we're going to end up doing fundraising...) and buggered the shoulder up again. At least my hip is still good.
I'm definitely feeling the rain in my joints. But it's so dry here I'm very glad of the rain.
