While white led spaces had trouble understanding the perspective of the lone juror, from the start I was hearing from tons of friends and family who just could not ignore the substantial privilege of the Clancy's life that was sold to us as a struggling family.
Given the exact gulf between the economic life of the lone juror and the average black family. Many of us simply cannot see Lindsay's actions as purely environmental factors. Serious resources and choices were made that we can't ignore.
